Upload your HIGH resolution files. JPG files 2mb-25mb.
If you upload a photo from a phone we may not be able to retouch or crop. We do not recommend phone photography.
Do not upload low resolution, online/web images.
Upload professional photography please.
We will not crop full length photos to a headshot. Waist up photos should be fine to crop for a headshot if the resolution is high enough.
You can upload multiple images in one order.
After upload, select Tier Two add-ons if necessary.
If applicable, apply the promo code.
Follow the prompts to complete your order.
After receiving your order, if we have any questions, we will contact you.
We will do a FIRST PASS and email you the image(s) for approval within 3 business days.
If you need adjustments, please send us the specific file number and notes.
We will then do a SECOND PASS and send you proofs.
We allow up to three passes per image.
When we receive final approval, we will email your low resolution images for online use.
We will then transfer (not email) the high resolution images using a file transfer software.
