Am I involved in the process?
Yes. When purchasing retouching you are given the opportunity to send us specific notes for each image. You may also contact us directly with questions.
What is the turnaround time for final images?
3 business days for the first round of proofs. The turnaround time for the following rounds are shorter. Generally, if you have a round or two of notes you need to budget 5 business days.
Do I get a chance to give notes and feedback?
Yes. You can send us notes when you first purchase your retouching and then supply feedback once you have received your first round of proofs.
Can I add more retouching beyond the $45 per image base price?
Yes. You will be able to check what you would like to add manually. You must check what you would like to add or we will not address it.
What if I forget to add notes when purchasing?
If you forget to add specific notes for each image, you may email them to hello@rueretouching.com.
How do I get my images to you?
You will be prompted to upload your high resolution files when you are purchasing the retouching.
What do I receive as final versions?
You will receive high and low resolution files of the final retouched images. The high resolution is for printing and the low is for casting sites and social media.
Do you place a name and border?
No. Your print lab will work with you on that.
I don’t have any specific notes, except “Make it look great!”
Ok, great. We have done 1000’s of photos, so we can do what we think is best and then send you proofs. However, the process will move much quicker if you give us specifics for each photo.
